Burmese cuisine is very unique with its own characteristics that stir interests in the US culinary scene. Learn to cook popular Burmese dishes in this hands-on class and prepare delicious dishes, such as laphet salad, hot and sour fish soup, curried noodles, pea fritters, etc. Chef Chat Mingkwan teaches throughout the US and will have his collection cookbooks available for purchase and signature.
