The Sausalito Farmer's Market is just a block away from ITK and our Chef's/Instructors are experts in knowing what is at the peak of flavor and freshness. Join us as we tour the market in search of ingredients to use in the class. Unfamiliar with items at the market? We'll make sure you have the knowledge of what to buy and how to cook a delicious dish with the local offerings. Due to the nature of this class, we do not have a menu of items to be prepared. Cost is $85. Class begins at 10am and should last 2.5 hours including the market visit.
