We are victims ONLY of our programmed attitudes and conditioning, held hostage by powerful, often unconscious beliefs. We can change those beliefs - and subsequent thoughts, feelings, and actions, thus holding the key to our own imprisoned state - an enormously empowering fact!
Peace of mind - awareness of absolute safety - results from replacing the programmed, fear-inducing selfappraisal of inadequacy, common to almost everyone, with a more helpful and accurate perception of ones self and others. We will explore the necessary steps for replacing fear-based beliefs with love: healing relationships, releasing defenses and grievances, living without resistance, following guidance, and choosing again daily. The resulting release of guilt and fear allows for the resolution of all difficulties and freedom to accept our birthright - living happily and freely.
