Your Residential Parking SmartCard replaces your Hangtag and entitles you a total of 3 hours free parking in the Municipal Parking Lots #1, #2, #3 or #4 once a day per calendar day between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and unlimited parking from 6:00 pm from 8:00 am. Please note that you will be invoiced at the regular hourly rate if you stay for more than 3 hours per day between the hours specified.

PARKING ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WILL HONOR THE EXISTING HANGTAGS UNTIL NOVEMBER 28th, 2011, WHEN THEY MUST BE REPLACED WITH SMARTCARDS.

Cost: Free to residents of Sausalito - and FREE IS GOOD !!!

SmartCards may be obtained at the parking booth in Municipal Parking Lot #1 between the hours of 9am and 8 pm seven days a week.

A valid ID, along with proof of residency and a copy of your vehicle registration, is required to obtain your hangtag.
