Streaming Downtown Sausalito Webcam
Thanks to the Sausalito Yacht Club, you have a wonderful view from downtown Sausalito facing San Francisco. Take a look at the cityscape exactly as it appears from the waterfront in Sausalito and see why visitors rave about the views across the Bay!
(This camera frequently gets many visitors and occasionally fails to load because of heavy user-traffic)
North Tower of the Golden Gate Bridge Webcam
This camera’s feed comes courtesy of the Bay Area Discovery Museum and shows a view of the Golden Gate Bridge looking south. You will see the North Tower of the bridge in the top center of the image and will often see the infamous fog that rolls through over the bridge almost daily.
Note that while there is often fog over the Golden Gate Bridge, the unique topography of the area means that the fog on the bridge is generally not present in sunny downtown Sausalito! Although they are directly adjacent to one another, the weather and fog patterns are very different between the surface of the Golden Gate Bridge and the waterfront and downtown areas of Sausalito.
San Francisco Cityscape Webcam
Shot from Portofino Apartments in Sausalito, this camera is aimed at the cityscape of downtown San Francisco just across the bay. You can actually take control of this camera as well, and aim it independently at various points of interest.
San Francisco and Sausalito Webcam
Showing the scene as seen from high atop Sausalito’s ridgeline, this webcam updates every few minutes rather than providing a streaming picture. The staggering views will make up for the lack of a live feed here!
Note that this camera’s feed will also tend to show fog and other weather patterns that are not present “on the ground” in downtown Sausalito.
