A five hour fast paced comprehensive powerpoint presentation delivers the 10 chapters of the current ServSafe Manger Book 6th Edition, quickly. The certification examination is completed within 2 hours online. Results are disclosed immediately and scores are available at the end of the class.

About the ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Class
    This ServSafe® Food Safety Manager lecture and presentation is designed for executive managers with supervisory responsibilities in the food industry.  The presentation is based on the ServSafe® 6th Edition Manager Book.  Learn about foodborne illness, how to prevent it and how to train employees in food safety and sanitation.  Earn the nationally accredited food safety certification from the National Restaurant Association.  The topics covered in this presentation are personal hygiene, food borne illness, receiving, storage, preparing, serving food, and food safety regulations. Includes updates in the FDA food code and meets regulatory requirements for the State of California. The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification exam is accredited by American National Standards Institute-(ANSI) Conference for Food Protection-(CFP) and is proctored by a registered ServSafe® Examination Proctor.  Examinees who pass with a score of 75% earn the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, valid for 5 years.  Training and exam format are a live class setting with the exam taken online and results available immediately.  Presentation and Exam Language: English only.

FAQ'S

 

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Please bring your valid ID, the Instructor and the Proctor will need to look at it at the time of entry and before the test. 

What are the tranportation / parking option getting to the event? Please take public tansportation. The Class site is 4 convenient walking blocks from the Montgomery BART Sta. Post Street exit or from Powell BART Sta. Earlybird parking is available  for $11 on the same block at the Taylor/Post Garage in by 8 out by 6.

What do I need to bring to the event?  Certification examinations are taken online.  Bring your WiFi ready PC, MAC, iPad or Mobile Tablet Device.  

Do I need to buy an online exam voucher?  No. it is included with your registration in the class with exam.

What if I have an online exam voucher? Bring it!  you can save $17.50 by entering promotional code: myexamcode. Please don't use this promotional code if you don't already have a voucher. The online exam voucher is included with the correct ticket price, the cost for the proctor to provide a voucher onsite is $72.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes. Please create and maintane an account at Eventbrite with your ID and Password you can make changes to your registration. Please inform the organizer by email,  support@pillarsoffood.com, you would like to make a change and to obtain other important information.

Can I update my registration information? Yes.  Please provide all the information requested at the time of registration, if you can not, please  inform the organizer you would like to make a change after you receive your confirmation. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No. Your printed ticket contains other printed information, terms and conditions.Please read it.

What is the refund policy?  Sorry, no refunds. Your registration is your gauranteed reserved seat in the class. Please attend.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Can I send someone in my place?  Yes, However the person attending needs to be named on the registration ticket.  The attendee who needs to take the exam must be registered.  Please create and maintane an account at Eventbrite with your ID and Password whenn you register.  You will be able to make changes to your registration. Please inform the organizer by email,  support@pillarsoffood.com, you would like to make a change and to obtain other important information.

What happens if I need to change or cancel? Once you are registered you may change or cancel anytime. Please appear at the time you registered or any other posted time Exam Lab is in session with prior arrangement within 60 days of your purchase. Contact the organizer for details. support@pillarsoffood.com

What happens if I fail? You are allowed 3 attempts.  Register to retake the exam right away with the promocode found on your printed ticket.  Together with your Instructor, you will look at your strengths and weakness in the areas of the exam with low scores.  Your Instructor will advise and may require additional training before your second or third attempt. Your third attempt may not commence for 30 days following your second attempt, and successfull completion of prerequiste training will be required before your second or third attempt.  If you do not pass within three attempts, one may not attempt the exam until 1 year has lapsed from the time of the third attempt.
